Jesse Mohrbacher, President and CEO
Jesse Mohrbacher has been President of SolstenXP since 2002. Since then, he has assembled a management team that has substantially grown the company’s scope of services offered to industry and government. He began his oilfield career in Anchorage, Alaska working for a large engineering consulting firm prior to being a founding principal of SolstenXP in 1993. His primary focus is new project and organizational development to meet the needs of the company’s clients. Mr. Mohrbacher holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Duane Dudley, Chief Financial Officer
Duane Dudley is the CFO of SolstenXP, overseeing the financial and administrative service center that supports SolstenXP and Jago Contracting & Management, LLC. Prior to joining SolstenXP in 2009, Mr. Dudley spent more than 20 years in various commercial and corporate lending institutions and ultimately responsible for corporate lending for Merrill Lynch in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Dudley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
Tom Redmond, Director of Human Resources
Tom Redmond has over 36 years of oilfield experience and over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Mr. Redmond started his oilfield career in 1978 at Prudhoe Bay with Gearhart Owens and CAMCO. He has an extensive background in electric line operations performing cased hole and open hole logging operations before moving from the field into management positions for safety and human resources. Over the last 20 years, Tom Redmond worked in human resource management at two Alaska native corporations before moving to SolstenXP in 2010. Mr. Redmond holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Willamette University, a master's degree in Human Resource Development from Alaska Pacific University, and a current Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Kirk Fisher, Corporate HSE Manager
Kirk Fisher has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in multiple aspects of environment, health, and safety. He ensures corporate compliance with Federal OSHA, EPA and State of Alaska DEC statutes and regulations. In addition to providing corporate HSE oversight, Mr. Fisher is routinely involved in the setup and implementation of project specific HSE programs that are customized for the work program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Master of Public Health, Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene (M.P.H.) from Oregon State University as well as numerous certifications in occupational health and safety.
Charlotte MacCay, Senior Permitting Manager
Charlotte MacCay has over 25 years of experience in environmental management and permitting, specializing in large-scale natural resource development. Her expertise includes NEPA, permitting, compliance management; and baseline studies development. Ms. MacCay also has extensive experience with corporate, public, government, and Native relations.
Pat Egger, Infrastructure and Facilities Manager
Pat Egger has over 30 years of industry construction experience in the power transmission and oil and gas industries. In Alaska, Pat has worked for major contractors in senior roles including Subsidiary President, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Executive Director, and Division Manager in addition to numerous onsite based project management roles. He has managed large scale construction operations across the North Slope from Alpine to Point Thomson and has participated on the FEED teams for many of the major projects on the North Slope over the last 20 years.
