Jago Contracting & Management, LLC (Jago) is a partnership between SolstenXP and the Kaktovik Inupiat Corporation (KIC).  The company was created to expand KIC’s participation in construction management and operations with a particular focus on the continued development activities at Point Thomson which is located within 60 miles of the village of Kaktovik.

Jago was started January 1, 2010 and was immediately a functioning construction management company.  As part of the process of forming the new partnership, 42 existing project specific SolstenXP personnel and associated business systems were seamlessly transferred to Jago to provide ongoing construction and logistical support services to Point Thomson operations that were previously conducted by SolstenXP.  Jago personnel have many years of experience managing large complex projects with expertise in engineering, design, project management, infrastructure and facilities construction, materials procurement, tracking and logistics.
